Our memberships are specifically designed for athletes, families, and teams who want consistent access to our facility at a lower cost than individual lane rentals. Whether you are a solo athlete putting in extra daily work or a full roster needing a reliable practice schedule, we have a membership tier to fit your training volume.

Individual Memberships
Individual tiers secure your designated training time each month while providing built-in savings. All sessions are up to 1 hour, require advance booking, and are based on facility availability.

- Monday - Friday: 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM & 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
- Saturday - Sunday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Weekend Exception Note: Weekend hours vary depending on team rentals or clinic situations. These random or rare team rentals or clinics on the weekends will be communicated with the customer.
Team Memberships
For organizations that want consistent indoor training access throughout the month, we offer dedicated team memberships. Each team visit lasts for 2 hours and provides reserved team training space. Team Elite members receive priority booking when scheduling the upcoming month.

Full Facility Team Memberships
Full Facility reservations are restricted to 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM during the week and 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM on weekends (subject to availability based on memberships/clinics that are booked in advance). Teams must book for the entire month in advance. Cancellations require 48 hours' notice, and there are no rollover credits (all credits are forfeited at the end of the month).

Membership Guidelines
To keep our memberships fair and ensure equitable facility availability, all members must adhere to the following policies:
- Reservations are required and are subject to lane availability.
- Memberships are valid only for the registered athlete or team and are strictly non-transferable.
- Individual members are permitted to bring one guest when allowed by their specific membership tier.
- Team memberships are intended exclusively for organized team practices.
- Pitching machines are subject to both lane and equipment availability.
- Memberships do not guarantee exclusive use of the entire facility unless it is specifically included in your membership level.
- If you exceed your monthly sessions, additional sessions may be booked at the regular rental rate.
- Standard facility rules and cancellation policies apply to all membership reservations.
Access Details:
- Includes the member plus one guest. (not including the parent that might be front tossing or feeding the machine if under 18).
- Guests may train with the member, front toss, or assist with machine feeding.
- Time slots cannot be "loaned" to another person; the lane must be used by the registered player.
- The booking week opens every Sunday, and members can book throughout the week as openings remain.
- This does not guarantee facility use at certain times/days; reservations are required and subject to available lanes.
- Late cancellations (24hrs in advance) and no-shows count as a rental credit.
